About

Laszlo Avramov is a leadership and organisational development expert who helps boards, executives, and founders elevate human potential and organisational performance. As an Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, he works with global leaders to deepen their understanding of leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and cultural performance — blending behavioural science with real-world pragmatism.

Based in Dubai and working internationally, Laszlo has advised leading financial institutions and investment organisations across the region — including PIF, Emirates NBD, and others — on leadership assessment, transformation, and decision-making at the highest levels. His work focuses on the human factors shaping boardroom dynamics, collective intelligence, and sustainable performance in complex, high-stakes environments.

As Co-Founder and CEO of bespoke.world, a leadership assessment, development, and consultancy firm, he supports organisations in translating behavioural insight into measurable impact. In parallel, he is also the founder of an AI-based ad tech platform exploring the intersection of human behaviour, data, and influence.

Laszlo brings clarity, depth, and a distinctly human perspective to leadership and governance — helping boards and executive teams strengthen collaboration, culture, and performance to build resilient organisations fit for the future.
