Dr. Lite J. Nartey

Sovereign Funds, and Global Corporations

About

Dr. Lite J. Nartey is a leading voice on stakeholder-centered strategy and investment leadership, working at the intersection of corporate purpose, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation. She works with family offices, sovereign funds, and global corporations to design investment approaches that integrate financial returns with social, reputational, and system-level value creation.
Her research and advisory work focus on how investment leaders can navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems—including governments, regulators, communities, and operating partners—to unlock strategic advantage, mitigate non-market risks, and build resilient, long-term portfolios across emerging and established markets.
Through her executive education work as a Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, Dr. Nartey equips senior leaders and next-generation principals with the mindset and tools to move beyond transactional capital allocation toward investment strategies grounded in purpose, trust, and durable value creation.
Based in Abu Dhabi and working globally, she empowers leaders to shift from capital deployment to context mastery— aligning wealth, influence, and impact to shape the future they intend to lead.
She holds a PhD in management (strategy and international business) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
