Since 2014, Georgia Pont Garcia is the Co-Founder of Alkimia Capital, a Multi Family office based in the Principality of Andorra. She is highly accomplished in overseeing the mission, vision, and values of the company. She looks over the horizon at both internal and external competitive opportunities of expansion, proactively assessing emerging trends to improve the standards of the company. She is an active member of the compliance board and has a track record implementing regulatory policies. She has the expertise in managing people, operations, and budget. She enjoys taking on new challenges that are out of her comfort zone, as lately, executing a strategic allocation for real estate projects and developments into the business.
Until 2012, she was Senior Project Manager in Caldea and Marketing & Communication Manager for the Sport’s Hotel Group in Andorra. Before, she also worked 5 years in France as Manager and Coordinator of the Drilling Offshore American Transocean company for Middle East & Africa’s markets. Her first professional experience was at the Strasbourg’s European Council, were she worked as official translator and interpreter, with the knowledge of multiple languages English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Catalan.
She holds a BA in Translation and Interpretation, a master’s degree in International Relations, and a Post Graduate Diploma of Terminology by the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. As well as multiple certifications in Anti-money Laundering, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention by KPMG and Crowe Global.
She is Andorra’s UNICEF Chair Board’s President.
