Kareem Anabtawi‘s role at Annex Investments is to help and lead alongside the Chief Executive Officer & Founder, Ahmed Nasser Al Nowais at Annex Investments’ Venture Building and Venture Investment activities. He and his firm are currently investing and building a portfolio of MENA based, early stage (Seed to Series A) tech startups, and backing them by adding their strategic values to help them achieve their goals.

At Annex, their mission is to take it upon themselves to join the journey of the startup, with the aim of opening doors for operational reasons, or even for fundraising purposes. Once a startup joins their portfolio of companies, they like to join their team. They always maintain that they are nothing but an informal call away, from lending a helping hand.
