Roman Leal, CFA, is the Founding Managing Partner at LEAP Global Partners. He is the Managing Partner of $30M+ LEAP Fund I, an early-stage VC investing in Fintech, Commerce and SaaS. With a constructed portfolio Generating 3.3X Net TVPI, 35% Net IRR with 2 Exits (Wizeline, Yaydoo) so far in Year 5. At LEAP Global Partners, his portfolio companies include Gusto, PayStand, Wizeline and Rev Worldwide. He also led Co-investments of $60M in LEAP Fund I Portfolio Companies – both direct and through SPVs.

Prior to LEAP Global Partners, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of QueSee – a Fintech company targeting the US Latinx community along with former PayPal colleagues. He has held prominent positions at huge firms and played his role to perfection which includes:
