Wei Chang (David) is the co-founder of Shanghai Legend Energy (founded in 2015), including lithium battery heating management based on AI algorithms, battery life prediction and energy big data analysis. He is a technologist who provides technical and strategic guidance to maintain the company’s technological edge. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He was previously Senior Technical Director for the Power Energy Industry at Accenture. He also served as the head of Microsoft’s Internet of Things department, leading the first cloud vehicle networking project and smart campus micro-grid management platform project in China.
