Amna Alzaabi, a proactive leader engaged in UAE government-owned strategic and business development projects, Amna’s career spans over 16 years in several leadership positions and executive memberships, including board seats with publicly listed companies. Her previous Board and Audit Committee memberships include Agthia, Arkan, and Senaat. Prior to joining ADGM as Senior Vice President in Business Development, she served as a Senior Strategic Projects Manager within the CEO’s office at ADQ.

Amna’s career has encompassed the development of international strategic partnerships and project management, collaborating with international partners from Europe, Asia, and Africa. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Zayed University. Additionally, she has completed leadership programs at Harvard Publishing School and the Institute of Leadership Management.

Her sense of purpose and integrity governs the way she conducts herself in business, which is one of the hallmarks of her reputation. Amna’s passion going forward is to contribute to the UAE’s social and economic development and to impact community development programs that focus on the growth of future generations.
