Dr. Emara is an entrepreneur, operator & investor, enjoying a very strong international operational background & a solid track record of Private Equity Deals with 30 years of strong international exposure and operational background in managing a spectrum of multidisciplinary companies. He carries Healthcare & Life Sciences at heart! He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of several entrepreneurial ventures including Muse (a healthcare M&A and advisory firm), and Tech. Developers (an intellectual property commercialization venture). Dr. Emara began his career in various senior management positions across Canada and the Middle East in affiliations with distinguished, intercontinental companies like Sanofi, Bayer & Abbott.

As a “thought leader, Dr. Emara is a regular speaker on Private Equity, Investments & Operational Excellence at regional and international conferences. Dr. Emara, received his Bachelor in Medicine & Surgery from Cairo University, EgyptFYI in 1992 and earned his MBA from City University, Seattle, USA in 2001. He further received Executive Certifications from some of the world’s most renown institutes like Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, INSEAD, IMD, Chicago Booth, and MIT. He is a proud Alumnus of Harvard Business School, GMP-23 in 2017.

Recently he was appointed as the Private Equity sector leader by the Harvard Business School Club of GCC. Furthermore, he has held several positions of significant responsibilities including his last position as ReAya Founder, Group CEO & Managing Director:
