Dr Anshul Govila is an experienced Surgeon with a Passion for Managing Healthcare Organizations. Having worked and trained in the Middle East, UK, S.Korea, Taiwan and India he tries to bring the breadth of this knowledge and experience into an empathetic healthcare consultant. His clinical exposure of managing clinical disaster situations, adventurous surgical tales from inland India gives him a depth of character which makes civil city healthcare quite easy.

Further with 15 years of progressive surgical training in various geographies and payer environments he has developed a global understanding of the healthcare market and its challenges from inside out. Trying to arbitrage value between surgery and management he is currently responsible for advising a Part Private Part Public Healthcare Group on their local and global growth strategy.

His interests lie in redefining the culture of healthcare establishments, turning around sick hospitals and creating sustainable business models around service lines. A pragmatic and inclusive leaders he has been adept at transforming hospitals and clinical units, addressing operational and revenue cycle issues, managing healthcare resource both human and material. In the beginning of 2013 Anshul was chosen as the First Non Korean and youngest Senior Advisor to the Global Planning team at Seoul National University Hospital and he helped them on defining their market entry strategy to the Middle East with eventual reward of the management contract for Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah.

An MBA from London Business School and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edin) he also holds qualifications in quality and project management.
