Kamlesh Kasala has 20 years of experience in PE, FI, RE Investments and M&A. He has executed transactions valued at USD 3 billion across Tech, Fintech, E-Commerce, Healthcare, and other Alternatives in USA, EU, GCC and Asia.

Presently Kamlesh is the senior Director at Amwal, Qatar, where he spearheads the sourcing, execution and management in Alternatives and Structured Investments.

He is a Board advisor to certain Tech startup companies in USA, India and GCC region. Prior to joining Amwal, he was a Principal at Oasis Capital, Bahrain. At Oasis, Kamlesh was responsible for the overall Structuring, Risk Management and Execution across their PE, RE and FI portfolios. He oversaw the setup and structuring of their various Private Equity and Real Estate funds in EU, UK and USA.

In prior roles, he has worked with a GCC regional conglomerate in their Corporate Finance and executed PE and M&A transactions in MENA and Asia across Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecom sectors.
