Currently serves as Senior Executive Officer of Ominvest Capital-DIFC and is responsible for managing Ominvest-DIFC investments. Earlier, he was the Founder and CEO of Ubhar Capital (U Capital).

Lo’ai has extensive experience in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, divestments, performance improvement, IPOs, and fund-raising transactions.

Experienced in establishing, implementing, and successfully managing Fully Fledge Service investment banking and asset management business, guiding strategic decision-making, and leveraging international experience in the Banking and Financial Services sectors.
