Viktor Fischer is a Managing Partner at RockawayX, overseeing the on-boarding and growth of early-stage blockchain startups. Previously, Viktor worked at McKinsey & Company, focusing on corporate finance and M&A. Viktor previously co-founded Innovatrics, a bio-metric identification start-up that received multiple awards including ‘Leading Technology Company in Central Europe’ from the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

Viktor holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris and INSEAD, and teaches corporate finance and valuation at Charles University, University Paris XI, and at various startup accelerators.
